9:30-10:30 AM Rev Up Your Technology IQ! Learn from IT leaders about cutting edge technologies that are disrupting industries, catalyzing innovation, and changing the nature of business. High School, College and University Faculty and Educators from IT Bootcamps and Other IT Workforce Training Providers.
10:30-11:30 AM Get The Facts on IT Demand Learn from experts from Team NEO about the demand and supply imbalance in the region’s workforce in the IT and cybersecurity workforce domain.
12:00-1:00 PM Lunch with High School Program and ISS Conferees
1:00-3:30 PM NOCHE’s Innovations and Alignment in Cybersecurity Education Contribute to an action plan to innovate and better align cybersecurity education with employer demand for these skills and roles. Welcome and introductions provided by expert in cybersecurity, Dave Kennedy Regional higher education faculty and IT cybersecurity and information security leaders.
4:00-5:00 PM RITE Regional IT Educators Consortium Inaugural Meeting Mix and mingle with your peers, share what each other is doing “RITE” to prepare the next generation of IT workers and weigh in on plans for the annual Tech Week gathering the week of April 20th. All Educators providing postsecondary credentials in IT.
